and (41) Routine Drydocking. The Vessel is a 110 foot "B" Class Patrol
Boat. Vessel's homeport is located in Charleston, SC. The performance
period for this vessel is forty-two (42) calendar days beginning on or
about 17 January 2000. All reference documents are available for

non-refundable charge of $100.00 is required in the form of a certified
check or money order made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard for requested
drawings. This procurement is subject to the Small Business
Competitiveness Program. All businesses, large and small, are
encouraged to submit bids for the subject requirements. Plans and
specifications will be issued on or about 4 October 1999. All
responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the
