This is a re-issue of the notice posted on August 31, 1999 for the purpose of clarifying the issue date. Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform general maintenance services within the area of responsibility of the Clearwater Project Office, Piedmont, Missouri, for the period January 1, 2000, or date of award, whichever is later, through December 31, 2000, with options to extend through December 31, 2002. These services include, but are not limited to, light and heavy cleaning, herbicide/pesticide application, placement of courtesy docks and park equipment, and grounds maintenance. Solicitation will be on Compact Disk (CD-Rom) and provided free of charge. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in paper medium.Electronic medium for submittal of offer will not be allowed.
