Consultation services shall consist of the review of medical evidence in disability claims on-site only at 1221 Nevin Avenue, Richmond, CA. No patient contact. Applicants must: (1) have a valid license to practice medicine in the US; (2) have current or recent clinical experience; and (3) be available between 6:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday for case review. The expected date of contract will be in January 2000. The period of performance for the base period shall be one year from the date of award with provisions for the inclusion of four one-year option periods.
