This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ99-Q-083 is issued as a Request for Quotation through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. The SIC code is 7521and the small business size standard is $5 million. The U.S. Secret Servicehas a requirement to lease ten (10) parking stalls in close proximity to 915 Second Avenue, Seattle, WA 98174. The period of performance shall be from October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000. Access to vehicles is required on a 24 hour basis. No substitutions will be accepted. Northwest Parking Services, Inc. is the sole provider of these services in the area with the required access and number of spaces available. The Contractor shall deliver the complete quantity, FOB Destination, to the U.S. Secret Service, 915 Second Avenue, Seattle, WA 98174. The U.S. Secret Service intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Northwest Parking Services, Inc., 911 Western Avenue, Suite 330, Seattle, WA 98174. A signed copy of the Request For Quotation -- Representations and Certifications shall be included with offeror's quotation.
