This procurement for Medical-Grade Liquid Bulk Oxygen will include the estimated requirements for VA Medical Centers in Newington,CT; West Haven,CT; and St. Louis, MO (John Cochran & Jefferson Barracks Divisions). All liquid oxygen must meet USP specifications and suppliers must follow FDA's CGMP regulations. The base contract period will be January 1, 2000 through December 31, 2000 with 4 option years. In addition to supplying medical-grade bulk liquid oxygen, contractors will be required to provide and install contractor-owned bulk oxygen equipment.
