Z -- BUILDING 410B EXTENSION AMENDMENT #2 SOL RAQ990019 DUE 092499 POC Kay Ryan, Contract Specialist, 208-387-5717 Solicitation #RAQ990019 issued August 18, 1999 to extend the Telecommunications Building #410B with a permanently attached, three sided, metal building package is hereby amended as follows in answer to questions about the electricals and wheel chair lift specifications: Electricals: Install two 100 amp, 3 phase, 240 volt, 4 wire fused disconnects in a Square D panel board. The panel board has the following name tag information: Catalog #49-09285-01; series: E1; main amps: 600; 208Y/120 volts; 3 phase; 4 wire; QMB panel board. The two 100 amp fused disconnects will be Square D, catalog #QMB #-326-MW; series: E2. There will be two 100 amp feeders from the main. Each will be approximately 125 feet in length. Each will be 4 wire plus a ground and the circuit will be rated at 100 amps. The conduit will be E.M.T. conduit with steel fittings. All conductors will be rated 100 amps and be THHN stranded copper wire. Each feeder will be connected to a bolt in the circuit breaker board with full ground bar kit andneutral bar. The panels will be main lug only with maximum space available for panel boards and surface mount with cover. There will be a minimum of ten 20 amp 1 pole breakers in each panel and one panel will have one 2 pole 40 amp breaker and one 2 pole 30 amp breaker. Wheel Chair Lift: The on/off access to the wheel chair lift shall be on the same side. The shaft for the lift is not fire rated. The Government shall provide the electrical disconnect to the lift.
