Bonner, 440.838.6091 Under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8153, Expanded Sharing Authority and in accordance with FAR, Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items the Louis Stokes Cleveland, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio intends to procure services and supplies for the installation of an interior and exterior Security Surveillance Television (SSTV) System that is compatible with the existing Panasonic SSTV equipment. The new equipment can not void the warranty of the existing SSTV System. The offeror shall submit a technical design and proposal for an operational SSTV System, interpret the specifications as to provide the minimum or exceed the minimum performance required by the specifications and not necessarily adhere to specific quantities and locations as listed or described in the specifications. The offeror shall provide design and description of the System providing the greatest function and value for the VAMC.
