Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to raise, realign and clean upright marble headstones at Long Island National Cemetery, 2040 Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale (Long Island), New York 11735-1121. Contract covers the period October 18, 1999 (or date of contract award, whichever is later), through October 17, 2000 (base period), with two 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through October 17, 2002. Approximately 18,000 headstones will be raised, realigned and cleaned during each contract period. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 8999 and a size standard of $5 million applies to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quotation.
