This is a fiscal year 2000 requirement with the period of performance being from 1 Oct 99 -- 30 Sep 00. Issuance of this Solicitation does not bind the Government to award a Contract. An award will be made contingent on fiscal year 2000 funding. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/proposals being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This F01600-00-0Q0180 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-13 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7378, the size standard for a small business being $18 million.Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions.
