The solicitation will be issued on 07 Sep 99 and offers will be due no later than 3:00 PM, local time, on 21 Sep 99. This solicitation will be acquired under Small Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The magnitude of this project is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 with a performance period of 120 calendar days. The work will consist of an Interior video inspection, completed with real-time closed circuit high- resolution color underwater video equipment, as well as an Exterior inspection with findings being noted on the exterior reservoir checklist. It will also consist of the Removal of samples of sludge and debris from the bottom of tanks; test for metals, solvents and other pollutants, and provide test results from a certified testing facility.
