A presolicitation conference/site visit will be held on 6 October 1999 at 9:00 a.m. PST, Bldg 4825, NASA Dryden Flight Research Center, Edwards, California. A tour of some of the facilities and equipment covered by the draft RFP will be conducted. The Government will provide a general overview of the procurement process. Questions regarding this procurement must be submitted in writing and will be answered at a later date. Due to space limitations, representation for any Offeror may not exceed three (3) persons. At least five days in advance of the conference date, submit to the point of contact, Monique Sullivan, a written list that provides the names of the attendees, name of firm, and US citizen or Resident Alien status. Security processing times preclude attendance by Non-Resident Aliens.
