The United States Air Force Europe intends to solicit a sole source commercial purchase order for the development of a curriculum and conducting on-site youth performing arts camp from Missoula Children_s Theater, 200 North Adams Street, Missoula MT 59802-4718. The camps will take place approximately from 15JUN00 to 17AUG00 and will be for youth ages 6-18. Each camp will be conducted on a weekly (5 day, 4 hours each day) lesson plan for up to 60 youths each week. Two performances will be given to the community at the end of each week and a minimum of three enrichment workshops will take place outside of the rehearsal schedule. The performers will be selected from children on the installation. The 9 sites will be at various installations in Turkey, Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom. The solicitation will be issued on or about 13 SEP 99 using the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at http://198.49.121.140/. Please note the proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 17 SEP 99 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
