The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) intends to procure the following: three (3) user licenses for ArcView GIS Version 31 for Windows US on CD; one (1) License for ArcView Streetmap 2000, Version 10; and one (1) license for ArcView Internet Map Server, Version 1.0a for Windows (US). Additionally, the ATF will require standard training for Introduction to ArcView (a 2 day class) for one person; training for 5 people for Advanced ArcView (a 3-day class); and consulting services by a GIS Program Manager or Principal. The offer should include one-day maintenance for ArcView Windows, which includes twelve months of technical support for one authorized contact and upgrades for one license. Develop support group priority maintenance for SDE developers. Provides direct access during business hours for up to three (3)-authorized contacts for up to thirty (30) incidents per year. Pre-release software, and software upgrades for one developer server and ten (10) developer connections. Developer Support group Priority support for ArcView IMS developers.
