specifications, drawings, labor, supervision, materials, programming,
testing, training, equipment and transportation to construct and
install a fully opertional Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) System to
remotely monitor M1A1 Tanks located in Las Vegas and Yerington, NV, and
Aircraft located at the Aviation Support Facility (AASF), Stead, NV,
from the C-12 Hanger, presently under construction at 20000 Army
Aviation Blvd., Reno-Stead Airport, Reno, NV. Define the ysystem
requirements for CCTV System to Detect and Monitor Equipment located at
the Clark County and Yerington Armories and at the AASF in Stead, NV.

1991) Guide Specification for the Military Construction, Section 16751,
CCTV Systems 04/91. AR 190-11 PARA 3 h (5). Systems requirements will
conform to CEGS-16751 and includes but not limited to the following
features and capabilities. 1. Digital Motion Detection Technology with
Digital real time recording and review capabilities at each site. 2.
Equipment, Monitors and Control Console for Monitoring. 3. Software and
Pentium II equipped laptop computer, equipped to monitor and control
CCTV system remotely using standard phone lines. 4. Ability to transmit
data over T-1, standard PSTN, and high-speed ISDN phone lines and be
incorparated into the Nevada Army National Guard (ARNG) LAN/WAN on a
Windows NT platform. 5. 3-Pan, Tilt, and Zoom Cameras (equivalent to
Philips TC700 Series AutoDomes with 10X Zoom lenses) and 2-Fixed
Cameras w/minimum 70mm lenses at the Clark County Armory, Las Vegas,
NV. 6. 2-Pan, Tilt, and Zoom Cameras (equivalent to Philips TC700
Series AutoDomes with 10X Zoom lenses) and 1-Fixed Camera w/minmum 70mm
lenses to monitor Yerington, NV motorpool. 7. 5-Pan, Tilt, and Zoom
Cameras (equivalent to Philips TC700 Series AutoDomes with 10X Zoom
lenses) AASF, Reno, NV 8. Any necessary site prep, excavation, and
final grading to match existing finish. Trenching, installation and
intercepting of existing underground conduit for the Las Vegas Armory
according to approved building and electrical codes. 9. Ability to
incorporate 2-way audio capabilities in the future. 10. Audio Alarm
indication at the monitoring control console with the ability to
generate ASCII text strings and send to extenal systems such as pagers,
printers, and e-mail. 11. System must BE Y2K compliant with open
architecture design for software and hardware upgrades and integration
