SOL N68936-99-R-0151 DUE 092099 POC Stu Hoffman, Contract Specialist, (805) 989-1947 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWPNS), Point Mugu, CA intends to procure on a competitive basis maintenance services for the Harpoon Missile Subsystems Test Sets (MSTS). The Harpoon MSTS operates on a Hewlett Packard 9500D series (HP9500D-354) computer system. Numerous foreign countries have procured Harpoon Weapon Systems under the FMS Program, and the MSTS are located at the foreign countries' weapon station. The FMS program has instituted a Long-Term Support (LTS) agreement between the foreign country and the U.S. Government. In furtherance of the LTS agreement, the Contractor will be required to support the HP9500D-354 equipment in the areas of technical and diagnostic documentation updates, technical consultation, depot repair, on site engineering and provision of an emergency spares pool.
