These additions and modifications are needed to rehabilitate the Headquarters Building in order to reduce energy usage and to assure accessibility compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act (ADA). The work will include conversion of 1632 square feet of unfinished interior space to finished office space and rehabilitate an additional 1248 square feet of exeisting finished spaces. This project will include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, rough and finish carpentry, concrete work, insulation, painting and construction of other descriptions. The site of the proposed project is located at the Union Slough NWR, approx. 40 miles south of Albert Lea, MN. 2. SIC 1542, $17 Million. 3.
