Except where specified otherwise, all materials and equipment removed and not reused shall become the property of the Contractor and shall be removed from Government property. Title to materials resulting from demoltion, and materials equipment to be removed is vested in the Contractor upon approval by the Contracting Officer demoltion and removal procedures. Contractor shall provide certified manifests indicating disposition of all materials removed. Performance bond is required. SIC for this procurement is 4993. Contract completion is 45 days from notice of award.
