66 -- NON-STANDARD VIDEO SYSTEM PROBLEM REPORT (SPR) MODIFICATION SOL N68335-00-R-0111 DUE 091699 POC Ms. Dawn Chartier, Code 25211DC, Mailstop B-129, (732) 323-2933 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Information Systems to procure modifications to nine (9) EO Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) stations. The modifications provide for and support additional cabling between the Matrox video processor and the CASS GPI. Lockheed Martin will also be required to provide engineering data to include, but not limited to, updating of the Test Program Set (TPS) Developers Guide, Video Processor Assembly drawings and the CASS Prime Item Development Specification. As the designer, developer and manufacturer of the CASS, Lockheed Martin is the only known company capable of providing the necessary modifications to the CASS stations. The Government does not own the sufficient data to make these changes. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Adetermination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
