COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF SEPTEMBER 2,1999 PSA#2424SP -- COMMERCIALIZATION OF NASA'S GENERALIZED FLUID FLOW SIMULATION
PROGRAM (GFSSP) SOFTWARE The NASA Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC)
seeks a company or companies interested in commercializing its
Generalized Fluid Flow Simulation Program (GFSSP) software. GFSSP is a
general-purpose computer program for analyzing steady state and
time-dependent flow rates, pressures, temperatures, and concentration
in a complex flow network. GFSSP predicts pressure and temperature
distributions and allows users to model complex flow parameters in a
simplified form. A company could offer GFSSP as a complete product or
integrate the software with their existing product. Commercialization
activities exist through patent licensing. The inventor is available on
a consultant basis for training and/or integration activity. Companies
interested in receiving information on this technology should contact
Amy K. Witsil, Research Triangle Institute, at 919-541-6923 or by
email at awitsil@rti.org before October 15, 1999. Information is also
available by visiting the following website:
