The existing Johnson Metasys (EMCS)energy management and control system will be extended to identify fault current locations. The Johnson equipment controls heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and over 200 energy meters at Hanscom AFB. Although the Government intends to solicit only Johnson Controls, any firm capable of accomplishing this project should submit their qualifications to include: 1. Document your firm's ability to provide a seamless integration with the existing Johnson Controls Metasys EMCS including ARCHNET configuration. 2. Submit software description of proposed controllers, a description of system architecture, including LAN specifications. 3. List three locations where your system control and Metayas integration features are demonstrated. Any firm believing it can meet the Government requirements for this project may submit their information to the above address within seven (7) days of this notice.
