The 136th Airlift Wing intends to negotiate on a sole source with Chadwick-Helmuth, ElMonte, CA, for two Accutach RPM testers(model 9600) [to include one each of a cable tach c-130 photo -- 10 ft (part #10132) and a case (part #11986)per kit]and a Balancer/Analyzer(model 8500C+)kit use for Lockheed C-130 prop balance non-hardwired 4 engine simultaneous [kit to include all needed brackets, cables, scales, guides, manuals, software & cases].
