Furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment and perform all work incidental to installation, maintenance, and removal of rented tents to include power generation, flooring, and lights to be located on approximately four (4) tactical base camp locations at Fort Polk, Louisiana in support of Mission Rehearsal Exercise (MRE) Nov 99. The Contractor shall provide: a total of twenty-eight (28), 60'x150' tents with eight (8) foot high side walls; and a total of thirty (30), 20'x30' tents with eight (8) foot high side walls; a total of five (5) 20'x30' with ten (10) foot high side walls; and one (1) 20'x40' tent with eight (8) foot high side walls. Quantity and sizes of tents are approximates. All tents required for the compounds are to be in place and ready for occupancy no later than 01 Nov 99. The Mission Rehearsal Exercise (MRE) will be conducted from 01Nov 99 to 22 Nov 99; however set-up and takedown of tents must be completed one week prior to and after the exercise. Total duration of the exercise is approximately twenty-one (21) days. All dates and times for set-up and takedown of tents to include duration of exercise are approximates. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this project is 5999. Business Size Standard is $5.0 million. Proposed date of issuance of solicitation is on or about 01 Sep 99.
