Work includes but is not limited to the following: Removal and replacement of kitchen cabinets, fixtures, utilities; flooring; bathroom cabinets and fixtures; rooftop HVAC; water heaters; concrete slab; gas and water piping; plumbing and electrical lines; wood and metal doors, frame and hardware; chain link and redwood fencing, provide concrete sidewalks, finish grading, turf replacement, and modifications to irrigation system. The procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable SIC code is 1542. Small business size standard is $17.0 million. This is an unrestricted acquisition being solicited. All responsible sources are encouraged to respond.
