This is a modification to the previous announcement published August 24, 1999. The following is added to the previous ad while everything else in the previous ad remains unchanged. The Government intends to lease a GE Millenium VG integrated nuclear medicine system from GE Medical Systems, P.O. Box 414, Milwaukee, WI 53201 for a period of one year with three one-year options to renew. The Government requires slip ring gantry, chamfer detector design, a system that has the capacity to be upgraded to x-ray tomographic capable attenuation correction, has a 540mm x 400mm field of view, with no loss at the edges, and a system that will permit dual isotope simultaneous imaging, a system that has attenuation correction hardware/software and automatic body contouring.
