S -- MEDICAL WASTE DISPOSAL SOL 653-24-99 DUE 092399 POC Brian Thomas (541) 440-1331 Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and expertise in order to perform Medical Waste Disposal Services for the following sites: VA Roseburg Healthcare System Roseburg, OR, VA Outpatient Clinic Eugene, OR, and VA Outpatient Clinic Bandon, OR. This services shall include but not limited to providing weekly pick-up at all locations, manifest, transportation to processing facilities, and provide container labels, as well as clean suitable containers that are OSHA, EPA and DOT approved.
