Engineering and technical support to various Department of Defense Information Systems Security and Crytpograhic Products, specifically: 1. Network Systems Security; Design, install, configure and support NAI Gaunlet 5.0, Cisco 7500 series routers and switches, F5Labs Big IP, SCC Standard Mail Guard, Wang High Assurance Guard (HAG), Cisco Net Ranger, ISS REal Secure and commercial products that support DOD Public Key Infrastructure. Critical operating locations include, Norfolk, London, Naples and Bahrain. 2. Information Systems Security (INFOSEC): Provide INFOSEC engineering (Computer Security, COMSEC, Emissions Security (TEMPEST), Physical Security, Procedural Security, and Administrative Security) support in the development of new and existing information systems/networks. Knowledge of the Secret and Below Interoperability (SABI) initiative to assist Navy and other DOD SABI certication actitives required. #.. Cryptographic Products: Provide programmatic/acquisition management support, life cycle support methodologies for COMSEC products, such as KG-40A, ANDVT, STE (Secure Terminal Equipment), STU-III, KG-84A/C, KIV-7 Family EKMS and other legacy crytographic products. 4. General: Must be able to provide on-site support at specific Navy locations at short notice (24 Hours). Must be knowledgable in the implementation of the Common Criteria and Navy Installation procedures, both afloat and ashore. The procurement will be a cost plus fixed-fee type contract, with period of performance three years including all options. A multiple award is anticapated and will be based on the evaluation of an other factors proposal and price.
