HUD has a requirement for security guard services at the HUD offices located at 40 Marietta Street, Atlanta, Georgia during the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. HUD is seeking a contractor to patrol the exterior perimeter of the building which is located on the corner of Marietta Street and Forsyth Street. The individual(s) must possess arrest and apprehension authority within the City of Atlanta to deter loitering within the perimeter of the building.
