Provide all labor, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to provide general library services at two locations on Langley AFB, VA. Library is a general library in the Air Force Library and Information system (AFLIS). Contractor shall operate the library as part of the AFLIS program. AFLIS general libraries are mission-sustaining activities, which meet the complex, multifaceted information needs of the military community and provide quality of life support. The contract period will be for a total of five years (basic with four, one year options). The anticipated start date will be 1 Jun 00. This solicitation, when issued will be in accordance with OMB A-76 and will not result in a contract if the government performance is deemed to be more advantageous. The applicable SIC Code for this solicitation is 8231 and the corresponding size standard is $5 million (gross revenues averaged over the past three years). This project is 100% set-aside for small businesses.
