Capitol Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to develop a resource manual of state legislation, regulations, and initiatives to increase organ and tissue donation. The contractor shall: develop a work plan, a draft stand-alone document titled Enhancing Organ and Tissue Donation: At a Glance, a draft Resource Manual, and a draft dissemination plan; analyze transplantation activity from all 50 states and territories; and develop a draft manuscript of a journal article summarizing the relevant findings of this project. The National Conference for State Legislatures is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performanceis seven months.
