The support services will include, but are not limited to: site searches and land acquisition, preparation of feasibility studies, market surveys, property inspection reports, lease negotiations and resolving property management issues. The contract (Indefinite Quantity Contract) will be for two (2) years with three (3) one-year renewal options, and cannot exceed a total value of $1.25 million. Interested firms should have recent experience in the following categories: appraising real property, acquisition and disposal of real property, leasing real property, property management and real estate consulting. Interested firms must obtain a solicitation package, which will be available for $25.00. This package may be obtained upon written request along with a check or money order payable to: USPS DISBURSING OFFICER, to the address below.
