This action is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of OMB Circular A-76 Commercial Activities (CA) The solicitation number tentatively assigned to this action is DAAE30-99-R-0616. A solicitation is not available at this time, and the PWS files do not include the solicitation documents. This is a DRAFT of the PWS only and is intended to generate comments relative to the PWS.
