244 cubic feet. Cylinders must comply with Department of Transportation
specifications and OSHA requirements. Emergency orders: Leaks and
malfunctions of instrumentations require delivery within 12-hours after
notification by the ordering office. The BASE CONTRACT PERIOD is from
October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000. The OPTION PERIOD is from
