This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). 1. (1)(ea) Renewal of existing licenses: 4022, 50787, 83832, 104951; 2. (1)(ea) Upgrade of PC licenses to All-Platform; and 3. (1)(ea) New products as listed: NCD Blockset, Control System, Robust Control, Fuzzy Logic, Extended Symbolic Math, Real Time Workshop, Stateflow, DSP Blockset, NAG, Spline, and MATLAB Graphics Library. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 97-10. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotations for the items(s) described above are due by 5:00 p.m. on 9/13/1999 and may be mailed or faxed to Trina L.
