The Industrial Operations Command has a requirement to purchase two (2) granulated carbon filter systems and two (2) multi-media filter systems. These systems shall be designed and fabricated in accordance with government specifications. Delivery is FOB Destination: Tooele Army Depot, Tooele Utah. First article testing will be required. This acquisition shall be conducted on a full and open competitive basis. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
