Kelly (732)323-7437 Fax (732)323-4069 FAULT DIAGNOSTIC TEST PROGRAM INSTRUCTION (FDTPI) This aquisition is for the research of data, formulation of test input parameters, generation of text and graphics that will be used with the AN/USM-482A Test Set to perform fault isolation tests on the GBU-24E/B system installed in the F-14B/D aircraft. The Government intends to procure this under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Tech Resources, Incorporated, 1 Meadowbrook Drive, Milford, NH 03055 is the only known source with the knowledge, experience and technical data necessary for the support involved. Firms that recognize and support the AN/USM-482A TEST SET are encouraged to identify themselves. The Government intends to procure this modification under Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-97-G-0217. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. See Note 22.
