The U.S. Information Agency (USIA), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB), Office of Cuba Broadcasting (B/C) has a requirement for a Sociological Market Research to develop a contact database of audience media habits of Cuban travelers arriving in Miami, Florida, and an optional requirement to search the database and compile a list of recruits for future Focus Group participation. The specific requirements will be fully described in the forthcoming Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed purchase order (contract) resulting from this RFQ No. R90213 will be awarded using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures described in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13. Price quotations that exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold ($100,000) will not be considered. This procurement is set-aside for small business in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.003(b) (1).
