McKinney National Wildlife Refuge in Westbrook, CT. The work consists of the renovation of a stone facade two story residence including the demolition of all of the wooden structure and roof of the building and the complete replacement of the structure, complete and ready for occupancy, including framing, plumbing, electrical work. The estimated magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business.
