The following will be used to evaluate the Quotation: (1) Technical Capabilities to provide all the items listed in the RFQ (2) Past Performance (3) Price. Quotes must contain sufficient information to demonstrate the vendor's ability to meet the Government's needs as described in the statement of work. Each quote must contain a list of contacts, including telephone numbers, that may be contacted to attest to the vendor's past performance in successfully accomplishing activities similar to those listed in the solicitation. Quotes must also contain the most recent published rental rates for the required audio-visual equipment, published labor rates (including overtime rates) and applicable Government discounts. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed priced purchase order to the vendor whose quotation represents the best value to the Government. The procurement solicitation and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items is applicable to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial items, applies to this acquisition.
