The 12th Contracting Squadron at Randolph AFB, TX, intents to award a firm fixed-price Purchase Order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) pursuant to FAR 13.6 to a contractor for providing Consulting Skills Training. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Solicitation No. F41619-99-T0360. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97 -- 12. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns, utilizing the Size Standard in Far Part 19 under standard Industrial Code (SIC) 8299, and the Business Size standard is $5.0million.
