The 12th Contracting Squadron at Randolph AFB, TX, intents to award a firm fixed-price Purchase Order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) pursuant to FAR 13.6 to a contractor for providing Consulting Skills Training. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
