The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, material and plant facilities, and perform all operations necessary to provide services incident to the movement of designated DoD freight; including both dry and refrigerated cargo. Contractor duties shall include receiving, transferring, storing, stuffing and unstuffing of cargo trasporters; loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and railcars; blocking, bracing, clerking, checking, segregating, staging, documenting, drayage, pick up and delivery services.
