R -- MILSATCOM TECHNICAL SUPPORT MILSATCOM Technical Services Support, Multiple-Award Contracts F05604-95-D-9003, F05604-95-D-9004, and F05604-95-D-9005 are expiring on 30 Sep 2000. A reacquisition using source selection methods is not anticipated. The 21st Contracting Squadron will utilize Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) against GSA Schedule series 70 and/or Professional Engineering Services (PES) for future MILSATCOM Technical Services requirements. BPAs may be utilized on some MILSATCOM requirements as soon as 01 Oct 99. Teaming arrangements and small business participation are encouraged. Contractors with specific MILSATCOM Technical Service experience or capabilities who are interested in establishing a BPA though our office should send capabilities information.
