Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to modify the combined synopsis/solicitation entitled Development of ArcJet Test Models which was posted on August 13, 1999. You are notified that the following changes are made: Since there are to be multiple awards on this procurement, (5 or more) it was intended to have this RFQ open to all offerors regardless of business size. In order to accomplish this, Note 1 has been deleted, this opens this RFQ to full and open competition. Due to time constraints the due date for receipt of offers remains August 30, 1999.
