USAID/El Salvador intends to contract SYNTHESIS CONSULTORES INTERNACIONALES for provision of technical assistance to the Government of El Salvador in macroeconomic policy matters. The technical assistance is aimed at responding to consultations to be made by the President as well as to producing executive reports in the macroeconomic policy areas of interest to high-level decision making. A sole source contract action is antcipated based on one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the requirements.
