Work includes general construction associated with the renovation and addition of electrical closets; reconfiguration of the electrical distribution system including the replacement of electrical panels, transformers and feeders; relocation of mechanical and plumbing features; addition and recircuiting of convenience outlets; addition of a computerized building management system to control lighting and HVAC systems and to monitor critical mechanical and electrical system parameters; and rebuilding of the existing low voltage switchgear and motor control centers as per contract drawings and specifications.
