Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to resurface five (5) racquetball courts, resurface one (1) basketball court, and refinish one (1) basketball court at the Fitness Center at Nellis AFB NV. Resurfacing includes but is not limited to, sanding of bare wood, repair of all chipped or broken boards, repainting basketball and/or racquetball lines/logos, and finishing with 3 coats of oil-based polyurethane product. Refinishing includes, but is not limited to, screen cleaning and application of three coats of oil-based polyurethane floor product. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 with a performance period of 30 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1752. The three-year average annual receipt size standard for emerging small business firms is $3.5 million; the small business standard is $7 million. All others are considered to be a large business concern. The proposed contract listed here is restricted to emerging small business firms. However, if sufficient emerging small business firms do not bid, or their bids are determined to be unreasonably high, the solicitation may be reissued unrestricted, open to firms of all size, without further notice.
