COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMICS (CFD) ANALYSIS The Virginia Contracting Activity (VACA) of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) intends to award a contract to the proprietary program owner, McDonald Douglas Corp to review and help improve Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and radar signature modeling used at its Missile and Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) in Huntsville Alabama. McDonald will examine the ways that MSIC performs CFD analysis and radar signature calculations and recommend ways, if necessary, to improve the methodology and processes currently being used.
