The 11th Contracting Squadron/LGCN, Bolling AFB, DC, intends to procure on a sole source basis, a firm fixed-price purchase order from Creative Event Development, 12259 Montego Plaza, Dallas, TX 75230, to provide the Air Force Community Centers with an overall strategy to improve programming and development of four turn-key special events for use in Air Force Community Centers located in eighty five sites in the United States and overseas. Each special event plan will include research in supplies, costs and availability to ensure feasibility of ideas on Air Force installations. The contractor is required to be a Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP); possess a minimum of five years experience providing training and consultation to military Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) programs; and, five years of developing and implementing special events in civilian communities.
