The USA Materiel Command Acquisiton Center, Natick Contracting Division has a requirement for Roller Pad Assemblies, National Stock Number 1670-01-162-2382, Part Number 11-1-2795-3, Quantity 350. The Government shall award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order. One sample shall be subjected to a First Article Inspection. The inspection will be shall be performed on one Completely Extruded and Machined Roller Pad Assembly for conformance to P/N 11-1-2795-3 Revision K and P/N 11-1-2796-1 Revision D. Dimensions not within the specified tolerances shall be classified as a defect. The sample part shall be one roller pad assembly. The lot size shall be twenty-five roller pad assemblies. Any roller pad assembly displaying non-conformities shall be tagged as defective. The finding of any defect shall be cause for inspection of the lot. The Standard Industrial Classification for this purchase is 3354. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees.
