The VA National Acquisition Center will issue Solicitation RFP-797-NC-99-0022, for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, the Dept. of Defense and the Bureau of Prison's requirements for the following strengths and sizes of Gemfibrozil Tablets: 600 mg., 60's, Est Annual Usage: 236,483 BT 600 mg., 500's, Est Annual Usage: 62,705 BT It is expected that the Indian Health Service may submit additional requirements, but the Solicitation will clearly state whether this agency will be included and if so, what their additional annual usage is expected to be. The contract period will be for one year plus four one-year options. Distribution will be through the VA Prime Vendors and DoD Prime Vendors. Offers will be due on 10/13/99.
