Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with construction of a new 33 by 70 foot After Action Review facility containing a briefing room, computer room, and mechanical room, Fort Drum, New York. The building shall be single story, insulated, with metal siding and roof, set on a concrete foundation, in strict accordance with the statement of work, specifications, drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This procurement is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. This will be an unrestricted procurement issued under the authority of FAR Subpart 19.1006(b)(1), Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 15. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about 27 August 1999. NOTE: The DUE DATE for the solicitation shall be 30 days after actual issuance/posting on Fort Drum's Web Page. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
